If you’re not 100% satisfied or are having second thoughts about your purchase, you can request your money back.

Depending on your financial institution, this process can take anywhere between 3 and 7 business days. Please note that due to the heavy nature of our equipment, a $50 flat rate will be deducted from the refund amount of all returned orders.

The above does not apply to faulty or incorrect orders. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return, but proof of damage may be requested.

 Equipment is only eligible for refund if it:

1. Is in its original, unused, and unaltered condition
2. Has all shipping tags and packaging material
3. Passes our quality inspection
